Sure canned coffee can’t beat a good, hot cuppa but…
Up till recently I never had any idea what the heck Boss coffee is all about. Then I’ve found a Boss coffee ad feat Tommy Lee Jones in Akiba(?) at dannychoo.
The ad, all subbed. Lol, the waitress at the end was overdosing Tommy with moe, eh?
I’ve forgotten all about Boss coffee until today. As I was looking for pocky snack at my local convenience store, my eyes settled on a canned coffee brand that look vaguely familiar. Boss Coffee…what the heck. Apparently a local company manufacture and market the Boss coffee franchise here in Malaysia. They were two flavours on offer:
Original flavour
caffe latte
As for the taste of the two flavours, the original is more full bodied while caffe latte is rather sweet. Between those two flavour, I prefer the caffe latte better. Up to my alley, I reckon ^^.

Was a little disappointed with Boss coffee. Also saw the ad, then suddenly saw it in Jusco! So wanted to give it a try…

I’m not such a fan of Boss Coffee…if you see Georgia, try that. ^_^ On the other hand, I think they’re the only ones that ever do collectible can series, so that’s kind of a plus.

yeah I guess most foreingers will be lost in translation in Akihabara. Tommy looks confused at the meido, never had tried the coffee before but I might get to when I get back home to Asia.

Omg the Boss coffee ads!!!!! XD Shin showed it to me a while ago and I was like ‘wtf’ especially at the Tommy Lee Jones in Akiba one. I’m sure he didn’t have to ACT surprised, this must be some sort of culture shock for him. XD
