Toshiue no Hito chronicles the loves story between Itou Tsutomu and Osanai Ageha…
Tsutomu is a student at prestigious Todai. You see, Tsutomu has a wee bit problem. His suffers from impotence, which play havoc with his love life. After much prodding from his senpai in his literature club, Tsutomu reveals that he has a dream in which in his childhood he sneaks into s storage house of a mansion in his village. In the storage house he meets a beautiful girl who did things which, well, gave young Tsutomu trauma that persist until his adulthood. Tsutomu is not really sure if the event really happens but he still remembers vividly how the girl looks like. Coincidentally, a new member of the literature club, Osanai Ageha looks totally the same as the girl in Tsutomu dream. The question is now whether he’s going to be able to turn the woman of his dreams into his real-life lover….

Well I have to mention up front that Toshiue no Hito is an adult, ecchi manga. Which means that contains lots of (hawt) sexual situation and nudity. So yeah it’s definitely NFSW. Wait, it goes beyond NFSW. It is stated that Ageha is 25 years old. But as you can see above, she is, well, for lack of a better description, a loli. And she gets nekkid a lot within this manga. So if you don’t want to get ~~Jiiiii~~ reaction or even worse while reading this manga, a little discretion is in order, eh?
The art of Toshiue no Hito is decent enough, I reckon. Ageha sure looks cute ^^. Though at times it does get wee bit creepy as Ryuta-sensei drawings of the anatomy were quite a bit ‘off’. It makes some of the characters look like they were suffering from anorexia. Aside from that little niggle, I reckon everything else is fine, I guess.
I thoroughly enjoy the storyline of Toshiue no Hito. The emotional part is tastefully done and the comedy part does lighten up the story. I can relate to Tsutomu as he is not a ‘bishie’ chara but an average joe instead. Ageha tends to be mature but at times she is acts in a complete ‘dere-dere’ mode, which I reckon is way cute.
A drama cd based Toshiue no Hito was released May 18th 2007. Ageha was voice by Shintani Ryouko. If you can recall, Shintani Ryouko was also the seiyū for the character Souka in the game Gadget Trial. Lol, I can’t imagine how she would potray Ageha in the drama cd. Well, maybe, just maybe this will lead to an anime adaptation of Toshiue no Hito…one can hope, eh?
So if you like to read something along the lines of romantic ecchi comedy, I heartily recommend Toshiue no Hito. I’ve enjoy following it so far and hopefully you will too.

When I saw this, I immediately Ctrl+F’ed to check if there were keywords of interest like ecchi, sex and/or adult. And hey there they were lawl! Looks good and fappable, gonna check this out then.

A lot of people say that the end of the 2nd volume was the best place to end the manga, but I personally quite like all the events that happen in volumes 3-6 too.
I quite like Ageha’s character too - she’s a nice mix of mature and cute, a little bit like, say, Horo from Spice and Wolf without being as manipulative and cunning.
I’ve heard bad reports about the drama CD though, mainly that the voices don’t match the characters well. Still want to get it, if only to listen to the song that Katakiri Rekka sang for it XD
the main girl doesn’t look loli, she’s just a bit smaller than average and doesn’t have gigantic breasts. Less than E-cup isn’t necessary equal to loli.

@lolwat - Fair enough, I reckon. As for me, I reckon it up to one own perception of what constitute a loli character. While reading Toshiue no Hito, at times Ageha does disturbingly looks like a loli chara. But hey, that just me ^^.
yeh she might look like that in some pics, especially when fully clothed, but it’s kind of obvious she’s not when she gets naked =P
